Matt Whitehouse

Matt Whitehouse is an experienced football coach currently serving as the Assistant U18's Coach at Coventry City Football Club since May 2023. With over a decade of coaching experience, Matt has established as an Elite Skill Development Coach at Whitehouse Coaching, emphasizing the importance of personalized 1-1 coaching for player development. Previous roles include Academy Manager and Head of Coaching at Chesterfield FC Academy, Coach for Under 13's at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, and Technical Director at Newcastle Town FC Youth. Matt also served as Assistant Regional Director at Coerver Coaching West Midlands, recognized for its premier soccer teaching methodology. Educationally, Matt holds a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Birmingham and has undertaken studies in philosophy at Keele University and Willamette University.
