Rajay Naik

Rajay Naik is an accomplished leader in the education sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Skilled Education since May 2020, where the organization focuses on expanding online degrees and courses for prominent universities and companies. Naik is also a Founding Partner at Networked, an executive search firm dedicated to leadership roles in global education, and holds non-executive director positions at Sommet Education and Pay.UK, the latter being the UK's leading retail payments authority. As Chairman of the Independent Commission on Lifelong Learning, Naik leads a significant review on future skills and competitiveness. Additionally, Naik is an Investment Committee Member at UBS and a Governor of the Ditchley Foundation, while also participating as an Associate Board Member at Coventry City Football Club. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Study Group and founding Keypath Education, a prominent Online Programme Management company. Naik holds executive education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, alongside undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Warwick.
