Rachael Carew serves as a Senior Teaching Fellow and Course Director in Forensic Investigations and Forensic Science at Coventry University, where Rachael is also the Director of the Coventry University Cold Case Unit. Rachael holds the position of Vice Chair and Secretary at the British Association for Forensic Anthropology, actively involved in organizing meetings and supporting equity initiatives. Rachael contributes to the Cranfield Recovery & Identification of Conflict Casualties as a Logistics Project Coordinator, facilitating search and recovery operations for WWII casualties. Rachael's extensive experience includes roles in forensic archaeology and anthropology across various projects, as well as academic positions at leading institutions such as UCL and Kingston University. Rachael earned a PhD in Forensic Anthropology and Forensic Science from University College London and has additional qualifications in Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology, Forensic Science, and Higher Education.
