Currently a Senior II Applied Scientist at Coveo, Quy specializes in AI for commerce and has extensive hands-on experience with machine learning models, including leading personalization initiatives at FairPrice Group. With a proven track record in mentoring and developing data science teams, Quy has worked across various industries, including e-commerce and technology, and is passionate about exploring new areas, especially in insurance, healthcare, supply chain, and agriculture. Quy holds a Master of Science in Innovation Leadership and Management from the University of York.
