Karen Wu

Karen Wu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Cover Desk, a position they have held since December 2023. Before that, they worked at ServiceNow as the Head of Aquisitions, Partnerships, and Strategic Planning from January 2022 to January 2024.

Prior to these roles, Karen worked at NorthStar Memorial Group. Karen served as the Director of Strategy, Aquisitions, and Investments from February 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Manager of Finance from October 2013 to January 2018.

Karen also has experience at American Express, where they worked as the Manager of International Business Development Finance from July 2012 to September 2013.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Manager of Strategic Planning at Equinox from 2008 to 2010. Karen also worked as an Investment Analyst at Anchorage Capital from 2007 to 2008 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. from 2005 to 2007.

Karen Wu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics from New York University in 2005. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
