Emily Culp is the CEO of Cover FX, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to their current role, Emily served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Keds USA from July 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic development and creative execution of Keds’ global marketing initiatives, including retail development, omni-channel marketing, eCommerce + related operations, product collaborations, PR, and all aspects of creative content. Emily has also held positions as the Senior Vice President of eCommerce & Omni-Channel Marketing at Rebecca Minkoff and as the Director of Social Strategy & Emerging Platforms at Unilever. Emily began their career in 2008 as the Vice President of Global Digital/Consumer Marketing & Media at Clinique. Emily has been recognized by Forbes as "The World's Most Influential CMOs", Business Insider "50 Most Innovative CMOs in the World", via the Adweek 50 List, and as a “CMO Rising Star” at the 2015 CMO Awards for their marketing leadership.

Emily Culp has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University. Emily also has Board Governance certification from the Deloitte Board Ready Program.
