Ben Walters

Ben Walters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ben started their career in 2007 as a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group, where they later became a Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Rocket Big Marketing as a Social Media Content & Branding specialist. After that, they joined Cover-More Group, starting as a Business Development Manager and later transitioning to the role of Business Partner Industry Sales SA/NT & ACT. Ben then moved up the ranks and served as Commercial Transformation Manager - Indonesia and Commercial Transformation Manager APAC. Currently, Ben Walters holds the position of Head of Sales Delivery at Cover-More Group.

Ben Walters obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy & Social Change from The Evergreen State College from 1994 to 1998. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained two Diplomas from William Angliss Institute, one in Leadership & Management and the other in Travel & Tourism. Additionally, Ben has earned several certifications including completing the TIME Mentee Practical Mentor Requirement Program from Travel Industry Mentor Experience in April 2019, being a Cruise Ambassador from CLIA Australasia in 2015, and receiving a Certificate III Tourism (International Retail Travel Sales) from Planpower Training Solutions in March 2009.
