Nikki Zheng

Nikki Zheng currently serves as the Covermore China Operations Manager at Cover-More Group since April 2020. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Call Center Supervisor at MSH CHINA - Health Insurance & Solutions from August 2016 to April 2020. Nikki's career also includes experience as an Operations Team Leader and Network Manager at Covermore Assistance Online from December 2008 to August 2016. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Media Management from the University of Stirling, achieved in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Science from Shanghai University, completed in 2003.
