Amber Hicks, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Recreational Therapy professional at Carespring Healthcare Management for four years. In 2008, they transitioned to TriHealth as an Emergency Room Registrar and remained there until 2010. Amber then joined American Modern Insurance Group, where they held various roles including Property & Casualty Processing Analyst, Commercial Underwriting Analyst & Trainer, and Commercial Operations Specialist. Amber worked at American Modern Insurance Group for over a decade, from 2009 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, Amber joined Cover Whale as a Transportation Underwriting Analyst.
