Crystal Hill is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing, contract management, and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Covercraft Industries, LLC since July 2021, Crystal previously held various roles at Halliburton, including Procurement Specialist in both Hydraulics and a Global capacity, where responsibilities encompassed strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and mentorship of junior buyers. Crystal's expertise also includes procurement support following industry downturns, procurement processes in SAP, and maintaining compliance with global standards. A graduate of Cameron University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Crystal has consistently demonstrated strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
