Justina Molina

Justina Molina is a seasoned engineering and management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Covercraft Industries, LLC since July 2017, Justina has held various roles including General Manager and Assistant Plant Manager, and began their career as an Industrial Engineer. Prior to this, Justina gained valuable experience through internships and thesis work at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, and BMW Group, where projects focused on logistics and production planning. Justina also has a background in supply chain management from OSRAM. A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Kempten, Justina holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieurin degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
