Aurore Galland has been in the customer service industry since 2012. Aurore began their career as a Conseiller Client at Webhelp. Aurore then moved up to Customer Support Manager and Supervisor at the same company. In 2018, they joined Feed. as the Responsable Service Clients Feed. where they created a customer service from scratch, identified new tools and technologies to better serve the customer, and created a culture and processes which achieved the business goals and objectives with regards to their customer service. In 2020, they moved to OVO as the Head Of Customer Service France. Currently, they are the Chief Customer Officer at Coverd, a startup founded in 2019, where they work to create a worry-free digital world.
Aurore Galland attended Institut guynemer from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Licence de commerce in Commerce international.
