Michael Atkinson

Michael Atkinson is an experienced educator in the field of cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Covered 6 Academy and Austin Community College since 2020 and 2018, respectively. At ITT Technical Institute, Michael held the position of former chair for the School of Information Technology and instructed for a decade, specializing in computer networking and contributing to national curriculum committees for bachelor's degree programs in information security. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Howard Payne University.
