Carol Keller has a diverse background in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Covered California since May 2020, Carol previously held multiple positions at Voxpro/Telus International, engaging with customers regarding payment processing support. Carol’s experience also includes working at Nerds On Call Computer Repair, where responsibilities involved customer correspondence and sales support, as well as temporary roles in marketing and event staffing. Earlier in their career, Carol managed operations at Elk Grove Shavings in the commercial trucking industry, providing services to a diverse clientele. Carol holds a high school diploma from Encina High School and has completed Health Ancillary Training at American River College.
