Joseph Refuerzo

Joseph Refuerzo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data analysis and photography. Currently serving as a Research Data Specialist II at Covered California since December 2015, Joseph has progressed through various roles including Research Data Specialist and Associate Governmental Program Analyst. Prior experience includes contract analysis at Richard Health and Associates, an accounting assistant position at Olam International, and engineering roles at Western Pacific Storage Solutions and Lim & Nascimento Engineering Corporation. Joseph's freelance photography work from April 2011 to June 2020 focused on charitable events in the Fresno/Clovis area. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
