Justin Day

Justin Day is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, merchandising, and accounting. Currently serving as a Call Center Representative/Team Lead at Covered California since September 2014, Justin assists consumers with healthcare enrollment and manages various offline projects. Previous experience includes working as a Merchandising Assistant/Accounting Clerk at Integrated Grain & Milling from October 2006 to February 2014, where responsibilities spanned across accounting tasks, inventory management, and sales order processing. Additional roles include temporary assignments at Office Team, a Clerk position at Toys R Us, and data entry at Fireproof Records Center. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from The Ohio State University and has further education from Fresno City College.
