Mark Little possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Defect Analyst and previously as a Business Operations Analyst at Covered California since July 2021, Mark has contributed to enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to this, Mark worked at Dignity Health as a Patient Logistic Coordinator for three years and held the position of Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings. Mark's career began at Cattlemens Steakhouse, where initial duties as a food server highlighted excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, leading to a promotion from busser. In terms of education, Mark achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science in Communications from Sierra College.
