Michelle Badman, PMP, currently serves as the Operations and Data Manager at Covered California since September 2021, previously holding the position of Associate Governmental Program Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Management Consultant at The Highlands Consulting Group LLC from October 2018 to January 2021, where Michelle managed various client projects focused on business process improvement and change management. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at Hicks Professional Group and Rivet Logic, where Michelle coordinated large project portfolios and supported international teams in digital design and cloud system integration, respectively. Additionally, Michelle contributed to a major health care technology initiative at California Correctional Health Care Services as a Project Coordinator. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 2005 and 2011.
