Bruna Ribeiro

Bruna Ribeiro has a wealth of work experience in customer service and operations. Bruna began their career in 2015 as a Receptionist Trainee at Altis Hotels. Bruna then moved to Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in 2016, where they held the role of Receptionist Trainee and Receptionist. In 2017, they joined Gloria Suites by LxWay, where they worked as a Front Office Manager and a Receptionist and Reservations Agent. In 2020, they moved to Maleo Offices, where they were a Customer Service Assistant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Phenix Portugal as an Operations Assistant. Bruna is currently employed at Coverflex, where they work as a Customer Operations Specialist.

Bruna Ribeiro attended Escola Profissional de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Nível IV Técnica de Receção. Bruna is currently attending ISCSP-ULisboa / Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas - Universidade de Lisboa, where they are pursuing a Licenciatura in Sociologia.
