Gabriel Fresard Cáceres has a diverse work experience in the field of construction and engineering. Gabriel began their career in 2010 as an Inspector Technician at Intexa Ingeniería, where they reviewed tenders, budgets, and conducted technical inspections for commercial and retail projects. In 2010, they also volunteered as an Inspector Technician for the Pontificia Universdad Católica de Chile, conducting visual inspections and analyzing protocols for structures affected by the 27F earthquake.

Gabriel then moved on to work at Euroconstructora in 2011, where they initially served as a Field Professional, coordinating a team of supervisors and managing subcontracts for a high-rise residential building. Gabriel was later promoted to Office Manager, responsible for cost analysis, project scheduling, subcontract management, and quality control documentation for another building project.

In 2013, Gabriel joined CONSTRUCTORA INGEVEC S.A. as a Field Professional, overseeing general coordination, subcontract management, quality control, and supervision for various stages of a high-rise housing project.

Gabriel then worked at Constructora Armas as a Chief Technical Officer and Field Professional, where they managed costs, developed project schedules, supervised subcontractors, and ensured the preparation of units for delivery in a residential building.

In 2016, Gabriel joined FIT Chile Inspección Técnica SpA as a Sub-Manager of Works, leading a team of technical inspectors for high-rise construction projects and ensuring the proper execution of contracts.

In the same year, they also worked independently as a Construction Advisor, providing professional services in project management, planning, quality management, and technical inspections for building projects.

Finally, Gabriel joined ProPlanner in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for implementing operational strategies to ensure customer success for engineering and construction projects. Gabriel also served as a consultant for the "Planning Coach" program, which utilized the Last Planner System methodology with ProPlanner software for various industries including construction, energy, and mining in Chile and LATAM.

Gabriel Fresard Cáceres pursued their education at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2004 to 2009. Gabriel earned a degree in Constructor Civil, specializing in Construcción Civil.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Gabriel became a member of the Lean Construction México community in April 2022, certified by Lean Construction México ®. Gabriel also holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, obtained in June 2020. Furthermore, Gabriel obtained the Calificador Energético de Viviendas MINVU certification from the Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo in December 2016.

Currently, Gabriel is pursuing the PMI-ACP® (Agile Coach) and PSM I - Scrum Master certifications at CEOLEVEL. The completion date of these certifications is not provided in the information.
