Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Bounce, Lara contributes to the development of a vast retail network focused on local services. Prior to this, Lara held roles as Product Advisor at Coverflex, where the focus is on modernizing compensation structures, and as VP of Operations at Lokalise, enhancing the localization processes for numerous global companies. Previous experience includes leading product initiatives at Codacy and Uniplaces, as well as consulting in risk management at Ernst & Young. Lara's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Economics and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management from reputable institutions.
