Luís Palha

Luís Palha is currently the Head of Strategy at Coverflex, where a focus on evolving compensation structures for the modern workforce is prioritized. Previously, Luís served as the Head of Business Operations at Kitch, leading projects to launch new product lines and enhance operational functions to support the restaurant industry’s digital ordering efforts. Experience also includes a role as Strategy & Operations Manager at Zego, concentrating on B2C product launches and customer engagement strategies, and as a Strategy & Operations Associate at WeWork, responsible for commercial strategy and sales operations within the EMEA growth team. Luís holds an MSc and BSc in Business from Nova School of Business and Economics, along with additional studies at Universidad del Pacífico.
