Luis Rocha has had a long and successful career in marketing and business. Luis began their career in 2006 as Head of Marketing and Purchase Manager for Chip7, an Avanport Group company with a revenue of 70 million euros and over 200 employees. In this role, they were responsible for defining online and offline initiatives to promote products and increase sales, as well as managing a team of product managers, plafonds management, and business analysis. In 2014, they co-founded TryMyKitchen, and in 2015 they became the Chief Marketing Officer for Uniplaces, a company committed to empowering student mobility. In 2017, they joined Musement as Chief Marketing Officer, and in 2019 they became Chief Marketing Officer for Indie Campers. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Shilling and became Co-Founder and CMO for Coverflex. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant successes, such as being the main reason for Hostelbookers' merger/acquisition by WRI Group (HostelWorld).

Luis Rocha obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economy from University of Évora between 1999 and 2005. Luis then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Economy from University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics between 2004 and 2005. Finally, they completed a Master in Business Marketing from IPAM in 2010.
