Deepak Dhakal

Deepak Dhakal is a Quality Assurance Engineer at CoverGo, specializing in end-to-end testing and automation implementation using Playwright and TypeScript, with a focus on the manual testing of health insurance systems. Previously, Deepak held roles as Software Engineer II (QA) at COTIVITI NEPAL, where involvement in healthcare analytics and automation testing using Selenium and Python took place within a SAFe Agile framework. Experience also includes working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at InfoDevelopers Pvt. Ltd., handling test planning, bug reporting, and API testing, as well as serving as a Software Engineer (QA) at Dailo Technologies, focusing on manual testing and customer support. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University, set to conclude in 2026.
