Vanessa Dobson

Vanessa Dobson is currently an advisor at Coverhero. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Business Engagement Consultant at The Hollard Insurance Company Australia from September 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they were with Insurtech Australia. Vanessa Dobson started their professional journey with Munich Re (Group) in July 2003 and served the company till January 2020, heading the Research & Development Team. During their tenure, they focused on digital opportunities and built many trusted relationships in the market. Vanessa also explored and designed outcomes to fit the needs of customers in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Vanessa Dobson's educational career includes a certificate in design thinking from Better Today - Innovation and New Work, a certificate of participation in Design Thinking from the same school, a master's degree in Technology (Business Systems) from Swinburne University of Technology, and certification from Methodry in Advanced Experimentation (Business Model Design - Design Thinking), The Digital Insurer in Certificate in Digital Insurance, RMIT University in Digital Leadership, and Coursera in AI for Everyone.
