Rhea Openshaw

Rhea Openshaw is an experienced HR and Training Manager at Covers Timber and Builders Merchants since August 2007. Prior to that, Rhea worked as a Pay and Employment Services Assistant at West Sussex County Council. Rhea holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from Chichester College and a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth. In their current role, Rhea advises and supports line managers in various HR practices and provides employment advice to hundreds of employees across multiple sites.
