Prakash Dubey

Prakash Dubey is an accomplished sales and distribution leader with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales & Distribution at CoverSure since January 2023, Prakash drives growth through innovative multi-channel strategies focused on customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value. Previously, as the Head of Direct & Tele Sales at Hello Zindagi, Prakash led the development of a robust platform for micro-insurance products. Prakash also contributed significantly to YES BANK as the EVP - Vertical Manager Insurance, where a pioneering insurance cross-sale vertical was established with immediate profitability. Additional experience includes leading Tele Sales at an insur-tech startup and overseeing national sales operations at IIFL. Prakash holds an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a diploma in carpet designing from the Indian Institute Of Carpet Technology.
