Piotr Moszkowicz

Piotr Moszkowicz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Piotr is currently serving as a Senior TypeScript FullStack Engineer with AWS at CoverTree, where they are responsible for building a digital insurance platform and making architectural decisions. Prior to this, Piotr worked at CERN as a Web Developer, contributing to the backend development of the TriggerTool for the Atlas project. Piotr introduced Docker and other tools to the Atlas community and assisted with frontend development.

Piotr also has experience as a Guest Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology, where they taught a course on cloud computing with AWS. Piotr has held leadership positions in the Kernel Scientific Group, serving as a Member of Management and later as President.

In their role as a Cloud Architect at Code & Pepper, Piotr designed applications for football clubs and payment management, utilizing AWS Cloud and Serverless architecture. Piotr also worked as a Senior TypeScript Fullstack Engineer, building a digital insurance platform and a realtime marketplace platform. At BeyondPlay (formerly SharedPlay), Piotr was a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of an online gambling-streaming platform.

Piotr's earlier experiences include roles as a Full Stack Developer at PUH Ka-Ja, where they maintained online shops and developed partner programs, and a Node.js Developer at Redvike, where they worked on a Vue.js frontend project. Piotr also gained experience as a JavaScript Software Engineering Intern at OpenX, working on projects related to AdTech analysis and user protection.

Piotr Moszkowicz has a strong educational background in the field of Information and Telecommunication Technology. Piotr obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from AGH University of Krakow, specializing in this field, from 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Computer Science from the same institution during the year 2021 to 2022. Piotr also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Applied Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow, which they obtained between 2017 and 2021.

Before pursuing higher education, Piotr attended VIII LO Kraków from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and IT.
