Jim Jordan

Jim Jordan is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and risk mitigation sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales and GTM Architect at CovertSwarm since November 2025, Jim previously held the role of Senior Vice President for North America at NCC Group from December 2016 to November 2025, where Jim focused on go-to-market strategies and operational efficiencies. Jim's career includes positions such as Vice President of Sales and National Director of Sales at NCC Group, as well as Regional Director of Sales at Nettitude Group. Earlier experience includes roles in sales and account management at Xerox and InterGlobe Communications, along with hospitality management at Hackensack Golf Club. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from DeVry University.
