Darlene H is an experienced DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) professional currently serving as a DEI Coordinator at Coverys since September 2022. Prior to this role, Darlene held the position of DEI Senior Consulting Analyst at Tessi Consulting from October 2020 to August 2022 and worked as an Associate Consultant at TRINITY from August 2019 to October 2020. Darlene's career began with a People Operations Internship at Formlabs in early 2019 and a Human Capital Management Summer Analyst role at Goldman Sachs in the summer of 2018. Additionally, Darlene served as a Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School from September 2016 to March 2017. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Economics from Wellesley College, where Darlene attended from 2015 to 2019, and has also taken courses in management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a cross-registered student.
