Vitaly Sokolyansky has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vitaly started their career at Protek div. of Warburg Pincus, where they worked as an IT Consultant for American markets and later became the Manager of the Customer Technical Assistance Center.

Vitaly then joined NetCracker as the Head of Global Customer Support and later became the Director of Customer Assurance. Within these roles, they established the Customer Support Service and led the development of a new web-based customer support system. Vitaly also took ownership of the company's Process Improvement/CMMI initiative and formed the Process Quality Management service within the department.

After NetCracker, Vitaly worked at MTS Group as a Project Manager in the Network Management Department, where they managed the development and implementation of the "Metrica" IT system.

Vitaly then moved on to Kaspersky Lab, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of Technical Support Services EEMEA, they formed and managed the regional Tech Support Division, providing support for home and corporate users across 100+ countries. Prior to this role, they served as the Technical Director for Customer, Partner and Presales Support, as well as Tech Education for Emerging Markets. In this position, they extended the Customer Support department's functions and revised the approach to presales support and tech education.

At Aeroflot - Russian Airlines, Vitaly worked as a Sabre AirCentre Program Manager, driving the implementation of Sabre AirCentre software for airline operations. Vitaly managed the software vendor and outsourcers, project plans, and the change management process.

Most recently, Vitaly worked at Creative-Engineering.ru, where they served as a Project and Account Manager for Bank 'Otkritie' projects. Vitaly fully managed the local R&D office, formed a team, and defined analysis, development, and test processes. Vitaly also managed client relationships and ensured successful implementations of operational excellence and business intelligence projects for the bank's retail and back-office divisions.

Currently, Vitaly Sokolyansky holds the position of Head of Customer Support at COVESTING.

Vitaly Sokolyansky completed their education at the Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology (MIPT) from 1990 to 1996. Vitaly obtained a Master of Science (Cum Laude) degree in FUPM (Fundamental and Applied Problems of Mathematics) with a focus on Applied Mathematics and Physics.
