Alvaro Sol is the Founder, Chief of Staff, and Strategy at IBEX, where they focus on building programmable settlement rails for instant global value transfer. Currently, Alvaro serves as a Director and Board Member at Marvel Reinsurance Consultants and as a Strategic Advisor for Koibanx, specializing in asset tokenization for financial institutions in LATAM. With a robust background in risk consulting and insurance, Alvaro previously held positions such as Executive Director at Risk Consulting Group and Account Executive at Howden. Alvaro also contributes as a Board Member for several organizations, including Zonas Industriales Privadas S.A. and Covestone Corporation. Alvaro holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Babson College and has completed executive education programs at Wharton and Harvard Business School.
