Alexander Eckhardt

Alexander Eckhardt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Head of Global Planning & Product Supply TPU at Covestro since June 2014. In this role, Alexander leads global strategy, business planning, and portfolio management while optimizing procurement and demand planning processes, with a focus on circular economy initiatives. Previous positions at Covestro include overseeing regional channel management and product management for Isocyanates and Polyol in various global regions. Prior to joining Covestro, Alexander spent over 18 years at Bayer, holding multiple leadership roles in product management and strategy across EMEA and LATAM. Alexander's academic background includes a diploma and PhD in Chemistry from Technische Universität Berlin.
