Amber Hicks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Since September 2015, Amber has served as the Director of Manufacturing at Covestro, following a series of leadership roles including Des W Production Lead and HDI/IPDI Production Lead. Prior to joining Covestro, Amber held the position of HDI-IPDI Production Lead at Bayer from October 2012 to September 2015 and was the Owner & Managing Partner of Froggy Kisses, LLC, where Lilypeds was developed to create unique accessories for baby girls. Amber's career at Bayer MaterialScience spanned from June 1996 to October 2012, during which time various engineering and supervisory roles were held. Amber holds a BS in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry and an MBA in Business & Public Administration/International Business from the University of Houston and the University of Houston-Clear Lake, respectively.
