Avinash Bagdi

Avinash Bagdi has extensive experience in financial roles within the chemical and material science industry. Avinash started their career at Bayer CropScience, where they held various positions including reporting, MIS, strategic projects, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and capital investment evaluations. During this time, they were involved in important projects such as the carve out of the rubber and specialty chemical business of Bayer and the integration of BioScience business during the Aventis CropScience merger with Bayer CropScience. From 2014 to 2015, Avinash worked as a Financial Analyst for Bayer MaterialScience AG, where they were responsible for financial models related to M&A activities, strategic decisions, and licensing evaluations. Since 2015, Avinash has been working at Covestro, where they started as the Chief Financial Officer and later took on the role of Head of Commercial Operations - Polyurethane - Indian Sub-Continent.

From 1999 to 2002, Avinash Bagdi attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they pursued a degree in Commerce.
