Carsten Knobbe

Carsten Knobbe has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Carsten began their career in 1995 as a Chemikant at Bayer MaterialScience. Carsten then worked their way up to become a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at the same company from 2001 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Bayer MaterialScience as a Management Trainee and later took on roles such as Continuous Improvement Specialist, Head of Global Supply Chain, and Head of Supply Chain Leverkusen. Carsten then moved to Covestro in 2015 as the Head of Supply Chain Leverkusen. In 2016, they became an Advanced Planer EMEA /LATAM at Covestro. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Head of Product Supply Management Dormagen at Covestro, where they are responsible for managing the product supply chain and coordinating multiple interfaces within the organization.

Carsten Knobbe's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Bayer Material Acience AG and obtained a degree as a Chemikant with a focus on chemistry. Carsten then went on to attend Berufskolleg Neuss (ehemalig Institut für Wirtschaft - Neuss) from 2002 to 2006, where they achieved a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt with a concentration in Wirtschaftsinformatik (business informatics) and Organisation. In August 2006, Carsten Knobbe also obtained an IT zertifikat, although the institution is not specified.
