Georges Pons

Georges Pons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at Covestro since September 2015. In this role, Georges drives production environment transformation and implements new Shift Planning & Time Management solutions for 8,000 employees across 28 plants in Germany. Previously, Georges held positions such as Head of HR Process Excellence, where HR processes were stabilized and optimized post-transformation, and Director of Compensation and Benefits, focusing on global compensation policies for 17,000 employees. Prior to Covestro, Georges was with Bayer from 2005 to 2015, overseeing payroll processes for 80,000 employees and managing HR transformation projects in France and Spain. Georges also has experience in accounts payable and intercompany processes, having worked for Euroservices Bayer S.L. and Capgemini Belgium NV, and holds an MBA in Finance from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
