Jacques Ragot's work experience begins in 1995 as a researcher at Elf Atochem. Jacques then worked as a project leader at General Electric in 1997 before joining the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research as a post-doc in 2000. Ragot then joined Bayer in 2002, where they held various roles, including Head of Laboratory, Product Advocacy and Communication, and Global Product Stewardship. In 2015, they became Vice-President, Head of Governmental Affairs at Covestro, where they initiated and led open, fair dialogs with stakeholders. In 2021, they shifted to become Vice-President, Head of Sustainability and Public Affairs EMLA at Covestro, driving the company's transformation to be fully circular and climate-neutral. Currently, they serve as Vice-President, Head of Public Affairs EMLA at Covestro, integrating public affairs with innovation and sustainability to support the company's sustainability transformation.
