Jan Paauwe

Jan Paauwe has extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as the Global Key Account Manager for Turkey, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent at Covestro since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jan held various positions at DSM Powder Coating Resins, including Account Manager and Technical Application Manager, from September 2000 to April 2021. Jan's career began at DSM Resins, where positions included Technical Application Manager for Industrial Wood Coatings and Product Specialist for Protective and Maintenance Coatings, further extending through roles as Laboratory Manager for both Decorative Coatings at Akzo Nobel and DSM. An educational background in Chemistry was obtained at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1979 to 1981.
