Joy Wang

Joy Wang is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations and supply chain management in the chemical and materials industry. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations for Specialty Films North America at Covestro since April 2006, Joy Wang leads global supply chain management and drives transformation strategies in composites. Additional roles at Covestro include overseeing the carve-out project from Bayer Group as China PMO Manager, supporting the Great China CEO in operational efficiency, and managing raw material sourcing for APAC procurement. Prior experience includes working as a Petrochemical International Trading Specialist at Hanwha Corporation. Joy Wang holds a Bachelor of Economics in International Business and Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East China Normal University.
