Lesley Lin 林晔 is currently the Head of HR in Greater China for Covestro, a role they have held since 2015. Prior to this, Lesley served as Head of Compensation and Benefits at Bayer from 2010 to 2011 and held various HR positions at Fonterra and Air Products earlier in their career. Lesley's education includes an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from INSEAD and a certification as an HR Analytics Leader from the Academy to Innovate HR in 2019.
