Matthew Murray

Matthew Murray is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Covestro since September 2015, Matthew leads legal counsel for the U.S. operations. Prior to Covestro, Matthew worked at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from October 2009 to September 2015 as an Associate specializing in Corporate Finance, Mergers, and Acquisitions. Earlier experience includes a position at Huron Consulting Group in Strategic Sourcing from 2004 to 2006. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
