Jason M. Barr

Jason M. Barr is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Group Counsel and Vice President at Sportradar since February 2022, Jason oversees global M&A, SEC compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. In addition, Jason is an independent director at ProPhase Labs, Inc. since June 2015. Previous positions include General Counsel and Secretary for Ithaca Holdings and General Counsel at Tru Kids Brands, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs for iconic brands. Jason's legal career began at Reed Smith LLP as a Senior Associate and includes internships at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Jason holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
