Mirjam Verhoeff is currently the Regional Operations Head for EMEA1 at Covestro Coatings and Adhesives and serves as the Global Operations Head for Elastomers. Previously, they were the Site Manager at Covestro from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Covestro, Mirjam held various roles at DSM, including Chemical Engineer, Project Leader, and Global Director for Responsible Care, where they drove significant operational improvements across multiple facilities. They earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiteit Twente in 2000.
