With a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Delaware, Natalee has over 8 years of experience in providing technical leadership in product development, particularly in the coatings and adhesives sector. Their previous roles include Global Technical Product Line Manager at Covestro and various positions at DuPont, where they contributed to large-scale production processes and product quality assurance.
