Rob Eek

Rob Eek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob started their career at Bayer in 1995, where they held various roles including Plant Engineer and Project Leader. Rob later became the Chief Technology Officer for the Business Unit Sheet, responsible for production, technology, R&D, and investment management. Rob also served as the Head of Global Supply Chain Management and Films Unit Asia Pacific. In 2010, they transitioned to Covestro where they held positions as the Head of Basic Chemicals and Head of Polyurethanes Production and Technology. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Uerdingen.

Rob Eek attended Alberdingk Thijm College from 1977 to 1983, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. After that, they pursued a PhD in Systems & Control at Delft University of Technology from 1984 to 1995.
