Shawn Northrup

Shawn Northrup brings extensive experience in reliability engineering, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Technician at Covestro since May 1995, Shawn specializes in critical equipment vibration, thermography, and oil analysis, holding multiple advanced certifications including ASNT: ISO Cat III for vibration analyses and NDT level III Infrared. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a millwright and reliability technician at KBR, Inc. from 1989 to 2004. Additionally, Shawn served as Vice President and Secretary of HOA CCC from 2008 to 2023, where successful financial management and project completion initiatives were achieved. Educational background includes studies at Lee College in Baytown from 1985 to 1987.
