Susan Shan Xu

Susan Shan Xu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead of the PUR Circular Economy Lighthouse Project at Covestro, Susan also focuses on business development for new normal opportunities and industry marketing for consumer industries. Previous roles include Senior International Manager in Strategy for the Beauty Care Business Unit at Henkel, Director of Marketing, Pricing, and Outbound Sales at Hertz, Brand Director at The Coca-Cola Company, and Marketing Manager at L'Oreal China. Susan holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and a BS in Electricity from Nankai University.
