Venkatesan Babu

Venkatesan Babu has an extensive career in sales and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sales FOM India and Country Representative for Coatings & Adhesives at Covestro since April 2021. Venkatesan holds multiple leadership roles within the Fiber Network Council APAC, including Chair of the Market Intelligence Committee, Vice Chair of the Communication and Membership Promotion Committee, and Chair of the Advisory Committee, in addition to being President and Vice President of the Board of Directors at the FTTH Council APAC. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Business Development for FOM India at DSM from November 2011 to March 2021 and roles in customer service and commercial leadership at Shyam Telecom Group and Sterlite Technologies Limited.
