Wendy Xu has over 25 years of experience in the fields of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, as well as administration in the materials and nutrition sectors. Wendy has been the Site HSEQ & Admin Manager at Covestro since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance and safety protocols. Prior experience includes serving as HSEQ & Admin Manager at Bayer MaterialScience Shanghai Polymer R&D Center from January 2013 to December 2015 and as an Environmental Engineer and Laboratory Specialist at Bayer Material Science China between November 2004 and November 2010. Wendy's career began as a QC Specialist at Wyeth Nutrition Shanghai from October 1997 to November 2004. Wendy holds a degree from Shanghai Normal University, which was attained from 1994 to 1997.
